Q1: What is the payment term?
We accept a 50% deposit upfront, and the remaining 50% balance can be paid upon receipt of the bill of lading or a copy of the letter of credit. We also accept payments via Western Union, VISA, and PayPal.
Q2: Can you provide materials in different colors?
Yes, we can produce custom molded rubber and silicone rubber, as well as plastic products in various colors. If you place an order, we will require the color code.
Q3: Do you have products in stock?
We have standard models in stock based on your requirements. Special products and large orders will be newly produced according to your order.
Q4: What is the expected lifespan of rubber and plastic parts?
The product lifespan depends on many factors, including environment, cycles, pressure, etc. Keyuan Rubber & Plastic cannot predict the sealing lifespan under various operating conditions. Customers can perform accelerated life testing to determine the expected lifespan, but this must be done in dynamic applications.
